Notice Regarding the Discontinuation of Airmail (Registered) and Transition to International ePacket Light

To our customers outside Japan,
Thank you very much for your orders from overseas.

The Airmail (Registered) service, which has been widely used by many of our customers, will be discontinued at the end of December 2025.

To provide an affordable shipping option after this discontinuation, we will begin offering International ePacket Light as an alternative service.

International ePacket Light offers the following benefits:
• The same shipping cost as Airmail (Registered)
• Tracking is available
However, please note that delivery is made primarily by mailbox insertion at the recipient’s address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to the size of the mailbox or the recipient’s absence, the package will be kept at the local post office for 10 days.
If no redelivery request is made within this period, the package will be returned to Japan.

Please also note the following important points, which are the same as the previous Airmail (Registered) service.

• No insurance is included.
In the case of loss, non-delivery, or damage upon arrival, no compensation is available.
Please select EMS if you require insured shipping.

• Delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks.
Although shipped by airmail, delivery may take time depending on the destination country.
If you need your items urgently, we strongly recommend choosing EMS.
